Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ritwik Finance Field Operations, provided by Ritwik Finance to its employees. They sit alongside your employment terms and the company's travel and reimbursement policy. If they conflict, the company's HR and reimbursement policies prevail.

Only people given an account by a Ritwik Finance administrator. Your account is personal. Don't share sign-in codes or let anyone else use your session.

• Record only genuine official trips, visits and expenses.
• Use the live camera for odometer and visit photos. Don't submit edited, old or someone else's photos.
• Record customer details only as the visit needs, and treat them as confidential.
• Don't try to fake GPS locations, get around approval limits or access data outside your role.

The app flags unusual patterns (e.g. GPS vs odometer mismatch, impossible speeds, suspicious photos) for human review. A flag isn't an accusation.

• The app calculates reimbursement from the policy in force when the trip started. Your approver can approve, send back, reject, or part-approve expenses.
• Money is credited to your in-app wallet only on final approval, and paid to your bank account through payout requests.
• AI suggestions (such as the odometer reading) are advice. The amounts come from your confirmed entries and your approver's decision.
• If an amount is wrong, raise it with your manager. Corrections are made through recorded adjustments, never by editing history.

The app is in beta. See the Beta Programme Terms. Features may change, and there may be bugs. Your pay entitlements under company policy aren't reduced by a software fault. If the app gets something wrong, the company corrects it.

How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Location Tracking Notice.

Administrators may disable an account when employment ends, or to investigate misuse. Disabling ends all sessions immediately. Your approved balances remain payable under company policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are handled under your employment terms. (Jurisdiction to be confirmed by legal counsel.)
