Beta Programme Terms

In short

You're using an early version of the app. It records real trips and real money, but screens and features may change. If something looks wrong, tell us. Your feedback shapes the final version.

What beta means

  • The app is live: trips, approvals and wallet credits are real.
  • Features, screens and wording may change without much notice.
  • Some features are still being finished, e.g. full offline mode and automatic data deletion schedules.
  • We may contact you for feedback about your experience.

If something goes wrong

  • Don't retry a payment or approval over and over. The app protects against duplicates, so check your Wallet first.
  • Take a screenshot and note the trip number and time.
  • Tap Report a problem (the speech-bubble icon at the top of the app, or in your Profile). It goes straight to the team with the screen and trip attached. If you can't sign in, email support@ritwikfinance.com.

A software fault never reduces what you're owed under company policy. Errors are corrected through recorded adjustments.

Feedback

Suggestions you send may be used to improve the app, with no obligation on either side. Please don't include customers' personal details in feedback.
